This Cheverton 27 is an excellent example of a very sturdy and rugged displacement boat. Built circa 1978 she is powered by two Mercedes 80 HP Diesel Engines that give her plenty of power while still being good on fuel economy. This particular version has the rare, extended enclosed wheelhouse giving her a feeling of space and comfort with her helm and two long bench sofas leading to a good sized double cabin, small galley and separate heads. Outside, she has a very generous open cockpit, that can be fully enclosed by her canvass canopy. This provides a very useful space for alfresco dining or with the covers removed, a great space for fishing from. Originally designed as a Pilot / Workboat style vessel, this Cheverton 27 now lends itself perfectly for a safe, spacious fishing boat or overnight cruiser with family & friends. Presented in very good condition she is currently lying Southampton.
